As someone with severely over coloured, damaged hair, I was really just looking for something to improve the condition of my hair. My hair has been stuck at shoulder length due to constant breaking and split ends. I decided to make more of an effort to fix this, I stopped using my straighteners so often (I have used them twice in a month) no hairdryer!! And have given up maintaining that silver/grey hair look, no more bleaching, my roots are shameful right now. I have used biotin for a little over a month alongside a home made hair mask and the results have been AMAZING!! Usually when brushing my hair I am left with a pile of breakage on the floor, I barely see anything falling out now, my hair used to have a very dry straw like feel but now is silky, soft, shiny and feels lovely! I didn't expect much growth but noticed my roots coming through much faster than normal, you can tell by the photos seeing as there is such a colour difference. I'm amazed at how much difference there is after only one month!! I'm so happy with this product and will continue to buy it. I will update this post with hair growth progress after another month.

In the second week of using these i noticed baby hairs growing fast as well as hair growing in the center of my head.
I have always had long eyelashes which is y every1 noticed when they started thinning nd falling out. Again 3 weeks of using this product my eye lashes r gorgeous long and thicker like they used to be when i was in my 20s. It looks as though i am wearing mascara. So my eyelashes have grown back to the way they were.
My skin is still dry so i haven't noticed much improvement on skin but my hair eyelashes r growing and thickening.
