The nutrition wallchart is now in its 15th year and with over 150,000 sold continues to be as popular as ever. It is a hand-written and illustrated table showing some of the best plant-based sources of all the essential nutrients.

Produced in a colourful user-friendly style that appeals to both adults and children, the nutrition chart is a really useful at-a-glance reference to make sure you and your family are getting enough of the good stuff every day. It is laminated for a wipe-clean surface in the kitchen.

From familiar soothing lavender, to mind-zinging lemon and the glorious "mmm..." of rose absolute, essential oils have always done it for me. But what to use for what? What to mix with what? And how to use them for whom? This chart provides some answers. “The 16 Essential Oils for home use” is a really comprehensive at a glance chart, more of a book on one page. Enjoy using oils - I really am!

Essential oils have been used for medicine and therapeutic treatments for thousands of years, and can be used as a blended massage oil, in the bath, as a wash, as a cold compress, in a cream or lotion, in an oil burner or simply as a gorgeous personalised perfume.

Created in conjunction with Sophia Bee, who qualified in Holistic and Clinical Aromatherapy through the AAPA at Essential Care Training in South London in 1999.

A decorative, at a glance, general guide to which popular U.K. fruit and vegetables are in season. It shows which produce is available all year round, which for some months only and whether from stores or fresh.

Which herbs are beneficial for a wide-range of women's conditions. Quite a few are applicable to men too - digestive, migraine, and insomnia herbs for example.

The chart provides a comprehensive at-a-glance reference for possible herbs and the methods of use (e.g. tincture, infusion, cream etc). The plants referred to range from the familiar to the less well-known such as vervain for migraine - this one really works for me!

“Your charts are great, I've had one for ages and I want to buy some more.”   D. Dotsworth

LIZ produced this chart after her yoga teacher said “it would be great to have a chart like your nutritional chart for daily yoga poses”. The chart is based on the principles of Hatha yoga and was created in conjunction with Michelle Cobbin (AIYP), her fabulous Brighton-based teacher.

The chart is a reminder for daily practice and incorporates a balanced mixture of poses and breathing exercises to invite the body to move and relax with awareness. Each pose is clearly illustrated with written points to be aware of and the key benefits of the asana. Printed on sturdy laminated paper.

People are often suggesting really effective natural or traditional remedies for common everyday complaints and I always forget them - was it vinegar for wasp stings and bicarbonate of soda for bee stings or the other way around? - a treatment for headlice that didn't involve poisonous chemicals on the scalp?

I decided to research what the most popular and effective remedies seemed to be, and drew all my findings on an easy-to-read, quick reference wall chart (lavender and tea tree oils are real stars).

Full colour printed on high-quality laminated paper, this, like all my charts, is hand drawn and written.

We all know the cleaning is really done by fairies (especially the one that does that black ring around the bath). But if your house seems to need a little human intervention then this chart is the guide to environmentally friendly approaches to cleaning - using less toxic and often much less packaged and expensive alternatives to commercial cleaning products.

My two personal favourites are the distilled white vinegar and newspaper for windows and mirrors and bicarbonate of soda for the sinks - they come up unbelievably clean and shiny. I'm not that house proud but the results were so satisfying that I went round my home like a... well... cleaning fairy!
